The following solutions are possible in the event of a change of employer or discontinuation of continued remuneration due to termination, extended sick leave, parental leave, etc:
- 5% free special termination quota
- Employee buys out the equipment
- Early termination by mutual consent
- Carriage of the contract by the employee
Do employers have to take care of the furniture? – No.
At the end of the leasing period, we offer an extension with monthly cancellation at more favorable conditions. Alternatively, the employee can buy out the equipment. If the offer is not accepted, we will pick up the equipment free of charge.
